What Kind of Supplier We Are

01

Processor and Stockist in One

We process prime stainless coil and hold it in our own Wuxi warehouses. We have our own slitting, cut-to-length and recoiling lines and processing, stock and loading happen on one site, so one company answers for both the cut and the coil.

02

One Contact From Mill to Port

We process, inspect and pack your coil, from our stock or a mill order, then book the vessel. Our own cranes load each container. One contract and one contact person cover the whole chain.

03

Stock Plus Mill Orders

With 7,000 tons of stainless coil on hand, stock covers urgent and small orders in the core grades and sizes. Mill orders cover steady monthly volume at lower cost. You can combine both on one shipment.

04

Documents Your Customs and Customers Need

Mill certificate, packing list, commercial invoice come with every shipment. Third-party inspection on request.

Stainless Steel Coil Suppliers close-up

A Supply Program, Not a Single Shipment

Most coil buyers do not need one container. They need the same coil every month, at a predictable quality and lead time.

That is how we work with distributors and processors. We agree on your core sizes and monthly tonnage. Then we plan mill orders ahead and hold a buffer for you in our Wuxi warehouses.

You get steady supply without carrying all the inventory yourself. When nickel prices move, we tell you early so you can decide when to book.

How to Choose a Stainless Steel Coil Supplier

There are many stainless steel coil suppliers and manufacturers to choose from. Most look the same on a website. This guide helps you sort them before you send a deposit.

Know Which Type of Supplier You Are Talking To

Mills roll the coil themselves. They offer the lowest price but large minimums, often a full mill coil per size.

Mill agents and stockists buy from mills in volume. They hold stock, accept smaller orders and add basic processing. Price is close to mill price for large buyers.

Service centers focus on processing. They slit, cut and level coils to your sizes. You pay more per ton but buy exactly what your line needs.

Processor-stockists combine both. They run their own slitting and cutting lines and hold stock, so one company answers for the processing and the material.

Ask every supplier which of these they are. A real stainless steel coil factory can show you its processing lines and warehouse on a video call.

Ask Where the Coil Is Rolled

The mill decides most of the quality. Chemistry, surface and tolerance all come from the mill.

Ask for a recent mill certificate, not a marketing sheet, and check that the test results are complete.

Test With One Container First

Start with one container in your main size. Check thickness, surface, coil tags and documents on arrival. Run a PMI test on a few coils.

If the first load matches the certificate, move to a monthly plan. Most problems show in the first or second shipment.

Compare Total Cost, Not Just Price per Ton

A cheap price per ton can cost more on your floor. Add the cost of slitting, rejected coils, and late delivery that go unpaid.

A stainless steel coil processor can often beat a cheaper offer on total cost. That is because they own the processing and the claims.
