Steel Processing Capabilities

You can buy steel from us as a raw coil, or as a part that is ready to install. Between those two points, we run 12 processing steps in our own plant. This page lists each process, the products it applies to, and what to send us for a quote. Processing here usually costs you less than cutting at destination. You ship only usable material, and you skip one round of local handling.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanizing dips steel in molten zinc to protect it from rust. We run a large continuous galvanizing line for coil.

Applies to: galvanized steel coil, sheet

Base metal: DX51D+Z,DX52D+Z, DX53D+Z, DX54D+Z, S250GD+Z, S350GD+Z, S450GD+Z, S550GD+Z

Thickness: 0.09-3.0 mm (typical), 4.0 - 6.0 mm (max)

Width: 1000, 1219, 1250, 1500 mm (max)

Zinc coating: Z40–Z275 (typical), Z600 (max)

Spangle: regular / minimized / zero

Standards: ASTM A653, EN 10346, JIS G3302, GB/T 2518-2019, AS 1397

Capacity: 20,000 tons/month

Choose the zinc weight by the site, not by the price. For coastal or humid use, go to Z180 or above. For indoor framing, Z60–Z80 is usually enough.

To quote, send: base grade, thickness × width (or pipe size), zinc weight, spangle, quantity.

Color Coating (PPGI / PPGL)

Color Coating (PPGI / PPGL)

Our color coating line paints galvanized or galvalume coil with a primer and a top coat. The result is PPGI for roofing, wall cladding and appliances.

Applies to: PPGI coil and PPGI sheet

Substrate: galvanized / galvalume, Z or AZ

Paint systems: PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF, PU etc.

Colors & Patterns: RAL color codes, custom colors, matte / glossy / embossed textures available

Line capacity: 15,000 tons/month

PE is fine for most inland roofing. For strong sun or coastal air, ask about HDP or PVDF before you pick the color.

To quote, send: requied weight, thickness × width, paint system, RAL color, coating, quantity.

Coil Processing

Cut-to-length and processing lines in our plant

Cut to Length

Cut to length uncoils a coil, levels it flat, and shears it into sheets. You get flat sheets in your exact length.

Applies to: stainless steel coil, galvanized steel sheet, PPGI and carbon steel coil

Thickness: 0.25–16 mm standard; up to 20 mm, confirmed per order

Width: 300–2000 mm

Length: 2000–6000 mm (typical); shortest 500–700 mm

Length tolerance:± 2~3 mm

Flatness: 5–7 mm/m

Protective film: PVC / laser film on request

For polished or brushed stainless, ask for film before cutting. Adding it after cutting leaves edge marks.

To quote, send: grade, surface, thickness × width, sheet length, pieces or tons.

Slitting

Slitting

Slitting runs a wide coil through rotary knives to make narrow strips. It is how we supply strip in non-standard widths.

Applies to: stainless steel strip, galvanized and carbon steel coil

Thickness: up to 14 mm standard, 16 mm on request

Min. strip width: 20 mm

Width tolerance: according to thickness

Edge: mill edge / slit edge

Please specify your required unwinding direction so we can prepare the coils to suit your feeding equipment.

To quote, send: grade, thickness, slit width, inner diameter, coil weight, quantity.

Coil on the recoiling line

Recoiling (Coil Splitting)

Recoiling splits one heavy master coil into smaller coils. Use it when your decoiler or crane can't handle a full mill coil.

Applies to: stainless, galvanized and PPGI coil; strip

Coil weight after split: down to a few hundred kg for thin gauges; heavy gauges confirmed per order

Inner diameter: 508 / 610 mm

Thickness range: 0.25–16 mm (up to 20 mm on request)

Tell us your crane limit and decoiler ID. We split to fit, so you don't unload more than you can lift.

To quote, send: grade, size, target coil weight, ID, quantity.
