Why
Painted or hidden structural parts at low cost
Carbon steel coil
Lowest cost per ton; you paint or coat after forming
Roofing, purlins, ducts or framing
Galvanized steel coil
Zinc protects cut parts; Z-weight sets the service life
Color roofing or wall panels
PPGI coil
Paint is already on, so you roll-form and ship
Sinks, trims, food or chemical parts
Stainless steel coil
Corrosion resistance and a finished surface
Small stamped or spring parts
Stainless steel strip
Narrow widths and tight thickness for precision dies
From the sales side: most line stoppages we see come from coil size, not grade. A wrong ID or an oversize coil weight can idle a decoiler for days. Confirm those two numbers before you confirm price.
Coil or Strip: What Is the Difference?
Coil is the wide product as it leaves the mill or coating line. Strip is coil slit into narrow widths. Some markets call any narrow coil "strip", whatever the material.
When you order, give us four numbers: thickness, width, inner diameter and maximum coil weight. With those, we can tell you right away whether you need slitting or recoiling.

Slitting: rotary knives cut wide coil into strip, minimum 20 mm wide. Tell us your unwinding direction.
Recoiling: we split a heavy master coil into smaller coils on 508 or 610 mm ID.
Cut to length: if you buy coil but need sheet, we level and shear it here.
Hot-dip galvanizing and color coating: the lines behind our galvanized and PPGI coil.

Frequently Asked Questions
What coil weight and inner diameter can you supply?
Standard IDs are 508 mm and 610 mm. Mill coils are often heavier than small lines can handle. Tell us your crane limit and decoiler ID. We will recoil the master coil into smaller coils that fit your equipment.
What is the narrowest strip you can slit?
Our slitting line cuts strip down to 20 mm wide, on material up to 14 mm thick (16mm on request). Width tolerance depends on thickness. Send your grade, thickness and slit width, and we will confirm tolerance before you order.
Can I order galvanized, PPGI and stainless coils together?
Yes. Mixed containers are common for our customers. List each coil with grade, size, coating or finish, and weight. We confirm stock coils first, then schedule the rest so they ship together.
How is steel coil priced?
Coil prices follow raw material and zinc or nickel costs, so we quote per order. Send material, grade, thickness × width, coating or finish, coil weight, tonnage and port. For standard products we reply within 2–4 working hours.
